JE Design Studio is a boutique building design firm based on the beautiful Mid North Coast of New South Wales. We offer custom building design solutions for new homes, renovations, and additions to the greater Coffs Harbour region.

Our building design services cover all types of residential construction and commercial fit out. We work with you to create a space for you. With a passion for modern passive design principals we aim to create spaces that are both comfortable aesthetically and physically.
VISUALISATION
We understand the importance of being able to see and understand spaces before they’re constructed. We can create life-like photo quality visuals and 3d digital models of your project so you’re sure what’s on the plan is exactly what you’re expecting, no surprises.
DOCUMENT HANDLING & SUBMISSION
Modern construction projects can attract a significant amount of documentation. We take care of all the requirements for your project from Certification, Engineering, Development Applications, Construction Certificates, and BASIX requirements.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our team has extensive on-site experience managing projects from small residential developments to large scale heavy industrial projects. Whether it’s a small addition, new home, or commercial fit out, we take pride in delivering projects on time, as planned, and to the highest quality standard.
